At myavoria.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order isn’t what you expected, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below before initiating a return or refund.
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.
However, we will gladly accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
• The product must be in its original packaging and unused
• The item must be free from damage not caused during shipping
• Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving your order
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
⚠️ Important:
Do not send items back to the sender’s address. Please contact us first for the correct return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed or refunded.
How to Start a Return
Contact us with:
• Your order number
• The reason for the return
• Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and the appropriate warehouse address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
• Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos showing the issue and your order number
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before processing or shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. You may still contact us regarding an eligible return under this policy.
International Orders & Compliance
• All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia, unless otherwise specified
• Customers are responsible for international return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes
EU Customers:
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you may cancel and return your order within 14 days of receipt.
