Subscription Policy
Subscription Purchases
Some items in our store are offered as subscriptions. Subscriptions provide recurring deliveries at a reduced price compared to one-time purchases, in exchange for an ongoing purchase commitment.
When you purchase a subscription:
• You will receive automatic repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select
• Your payment method will be securely stored and charged for each scheduled delivery unless you cancel in accordance with this policy
• Subscription pricing is conditional upon maintaining an active subscription beyond the initial order
Subscription Cancellations & Changes
Subscriptions may be cancelled or modified after the initial subscription commitment has been fulfilled.
If a subscription is cancelled immediately after the first order or before the next scheduled billing cycle, the order may no longer qualify for subscription pricing.
In these cases, we reserve the right to:
• Adjust the order to reflect standard, non-subscription pricing, or
• Require an alternative resolution before approving the cancellation
This policy is in place to prevent misuse of subscription-only pricing.
Early Cancellation Resolution Options
If you wish to cancel your subscription before completing the initial subscription period, our Customer Support team may offer one of the following options at their discretion:
• Conversion of the order to a one-time purchase at the applicable standard price, or
• Continuation of the subscription for one additional delivery, which may include a courtesy adjustment or incentive
Available options may vary and are subject to change.

You can manage your subscription through the links provided in your order confirmation emails, including:
• Updating delivery frequency
• Skipping shipments
• Modifying payment details
